• Refrain from smoking as the nicotine in cigarettes is a potent vasoconstrictor, which constricts the blood vessels and impairs blood circulation leading to a delay in the healing process.

• Wear a support bra or specialized garments to stabilize your breasts. Avoiding unnecessary breast movements can aid in faster healing.
