The surgeon will now lift the breast tissue, create a breast pocket and inserts the chosen implant into the pocket. After the placement of the implant is verified, your surgeon will now close the wound using absorbable sutures. Aside from breast implants such as saline, silicone and cohesive gels, you have the option to use your own fat for breast enhancement (autologous fat transfer). Your surgeon will remove your own fat from your abdomen, thighs, or flanks using liposuction and then injects it into your breasts. The results are very natural and promising. In general, the results of the surgery will depend on the following factors:

• Your existing body frame and breast tissue
• Your preferences related to the placement of the incision and its size
